Hi you can go the Dashboard settings page and configure the payment methods for invoice payment.

Hi Jack!, yes I configured it for ACH

but all I see when I send out the invoice is that the customer sees this page

the customer has to wire for ACH?

they can't log into their bank account from the invoice

I think you are referring to ACH direct debit right?

Can you share with me your merchant ID? you can find it from the Stripe Dashboard -> Settings ->Account Details

so I work at stripe as well, I'm just testing a few things via the invoice feature because a customer asked me the same exact question and I'm at a loss to tell them how to add us bank debit to an invoice

I think you need to turn on the Canadian pre-authorised debit option.

I see, the US Bank debit is a beta feature, and you can reach out the Stripe Support and request it https://stripe.com/docs/ach
