Can you share your account id so that I can take a closer look at how your integration works? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

thanks! We are using separate charges & transfers with the on_behalf_of attribute in order to transfer funds in EUR to FR connected accounts and GBP to UK connected accounts
the balance page is kinda delayed, but i can confirm that the payments taken in GBP (obo UK accounts) will show in your account balance as GBP eventually
got it. so it is working properly, it just is delayed? Is the EUR balance also delayed?
yep, it's all delayed. If you try to make a EUR payment, you'll notice that the EUR balance doesn't change either
