Was just getting back to you on that. Nothing immediately jumping out at me. I thought the country might already be set on the account somehow but am not seeing that

We do, it looks like your account is configured to only onboard US accounts. You can enable your account for other countries here https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/connect/express
