That would work but we have "bundle". The customer then select multiple products. That would not be possible in the portal?

It would be good if the customer can "create" a subscription and then an existing subscription is replaced by this one.

Is there a good solution?

Yup you can let your customer to 'upgrade' to a new subscription via the customer billing portal https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/integrating-customer-portal

Can I give the customer portal a "shopping cart" so that it can change the previously selected products in the subscription?

The customer selects his products beforehand and is no longer allowed to make changes in the customer portal.
