then yeah, Custom accounts have no dashboard or access to any third parties and rely on you as the platform for everything

we apparently tell you to log into their dashboard in order to get their QB files so that's what you'd have to do

Platform owners with Custom accounts can view the Dashboard of connected Stripe accounts. From the connected account’s Dashboard, export an IIF file in the same way as a normal Stripe account.
