I didn't get an ID, but here is the event that tried to set it up.

Looks like the card was just declined with a do_not_honor code: https://stripe.com/docs/declines/codes

I saw that... we've confirmed the number with the customer, so I assume it's just that they're giving us something incorrect?

They need to contact their bank/issuer

If you look into the decline codes, do_not_honor is basically just a unknown reason. It says they need to contact their issuer
