Can you share more details about how you're integrating with Stripe? Do you have an example Subscription I can look at?

jaunty prairie

They're not. There's clearly 2 different IDs. 1 ends in 3zM the other in 4Wf

i have find this ID for next billing date 21 dec 2022: pi_3K97ZmJFG8KMz5vb07srGyI9

The 2nd screenshot you've shared is for a completely separate subscription

upper kelp
#

okay, i have created this video, with other user.

#

and there id as follows:
sub_1KKMPnJFG8KMz5vbfFZXb3zM

pi_3KKMpwJFG8KMz5vb0d8sIgQx

jaunty prairie
#

Ok, and what specifically is the issue with that PI and Subscription?

upper kelp
#

the next billing date is change when user made any action from his account.

#

both id is assocaited with same user.

jaunty prairie
#

It seems whatever plugin you're using is just created a new Subscription with Stripe, as opposed to updating the existing one

#

Hence the 2 different Subscription IDs (sub_xxx)

upper kelp
#

ok.

#

i am using Paid Membership pro.

jaunty prairie

That's a third-party plugin and we don't offer support for it here, we've no idea how it's built. You'll need to speak with the developer(s) that built it

upper kelp
#

okay.
