Hi! I'm not sure I follow what you mean by "card fingerprints". Could you clarify that, and share a Payment Method ID (pm_xxx) that has this issue?

Thanks! I'm currently looking at pm_1JXuExIfD1m1RWtnUYz2AOZG, can you clarify what issue you see there?
Just to clarify:
If you add the same card twice on Stripe, you will get 2 different Payment Method ID (pm_xxx) to uniquely identify them, but only one fingerprint (since it's the same card).
pm_xxx is what Stripe use to identify each Payment Method. the fingerprint is for you to check whether two customers are using the same card number, for example
Problem is that one payment method have two card fingerprints.

how it possible? Maybe our system doing something wrong?
Looks like here is one payment method have two related cards.
Got it, thanks for the clarification! Where exactly do you see the two fingerprints? Can you share one payment method ID?
similar payment_method
but two different cards
pm_1JXuExIfD1m1RWtnUYz2AOZG -- that payment method
I confirm the two payment intent you shared have the same payment method. but where do you see that the card are different? Can you share a screenshot?
Got it! Give me a few minutes to inverstigate.
So actually the cards are different here, as you can see the "expires" date is different in your screenshot above.
So what likely happened is that the underlying card has been updated by the issuing bank, as explained here https://stripe.com/docs/saving-cards#automatic-card-updates
This cards have different codes too
So perhaps the customer lost his card, or cancelled it for whatever reason. And as a result of that change, we generated a new unique fingerprint to reflect the card!
This cards have different codes too
Yes, the cards are different, because the first card was automatically updated by the issuing bank
Why you do not create new payment_method for this case?
