Error - When I try to Unset transfer_data it gives error Mentioned in Screenshot while in Documentation it is mentioned that if we pass empty value then it will be unset.

A big thank you for your patience @glad turret
You wouldn't be able to change to a direct charge pattern, direct charges (and subscriptions) are actually created on the connected account and this can't be changed afterwards.

You can create a new subscription directly on the connected account.
If you wanna keep the subscription on your platform, try setting the empty string on transfer_data itself and not on destination
