Hi 👋 I don't think we had a hand in building the Zapier integration, and that their support team will be the right folks to talk to about this. But bear with me a moment while I double check that.

I think all Zapier apps are created by the platforms themselves, not by Zapier (afaik) - we definitely had to build ours! 🙂

Apologies for the delay, my team has confirmed that Stripe did not build that integration, though we're unsure whether it was built by Zapier directly or another third-party. I think Zapier support would be able to point you in the right direction.

Huh, ok that explains a lot. Thanks so much for confirming - I'll reach out to them.

I think there would be a really big benefit in Stripe taking over the integration and improving it - there's so so many people using it!
