if you want the merchant to support Afterpay you have to ask them to enable it in their own dashboard, you don't control that

It means while onboarding new user with standard account we need to relay on default capabilities only

i want user should get below capabilities. Is is possible in with Standard Account?

credit/debit card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, AfterPay, Klarna and ACH payments

it's not possible right now, but we do have plans to change this in future. But for now as I say, the connected account holder controls this, you can read the capabilities API to see what they have enabled, but you can't request things on their behalf, they have to do it.
