Hi! I don't see "moto" in the list of options for payment intent https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/create#create_payment_intent-payment_method_options

and I see that could be available from the API

We have a part of our business where the sell can be done by phone

so for Europe we have to accomplish the SCA, but looks like there are exceptions, for example when it is done by phone

I discovered that Stripe has a feature to enable MOTO payments with the API. However it's not publicly available.
So I recommend you to contact Stripe support here: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
In your message, explain that you are looking to accept MOTO payments via the API, and that you'd like to get access to the feature to set MOTO as a payment_method_options.
