I would recommend wait patiently for 1-2 days, send a few more email to them, then if nothing happens write to Stripe Support

FYI, just made a whois of the domain, and it's less than a month old, it uses wix, so yeah, if you have no new in the nex few days you should report it

Also if you ask your bank/card issue to block the payment for fraud, stripe will immediatly hold the moeny until it is resolved
