Hello. What exactly is the problem you are facing with receiving payments?

My assumption is they are trying to
1: Customer buys something from their marketplace app
2: instant transfer funds to their corporate/purchasing account (think doordash red card perhaps?)
3: use said account to actually purchase the items from the store
4: make the delivery
