I went through all the onboarding process, first I didn't fill in the address, then at the end Stripe told me to fill it then I filled all except the address line

Sure, one quick question before.

The eventually_due lists individual.dob.day and individual.verification.document. Can we force Stripe to ask those data? Or how would Stripe collect those? Let's say we want to pay out the account more then 3k USD, then what happes?

I know Stripe reaches out at some point but I am not finding a doc on the specifics of that at the momeent
