Hi! I don't think that's possible in the dashboard, but you can do so with the API.
Just update the subscription with the trial_end parameter https://stripe.com/docs/api/subscriptions/update#update_subscription-trial_end

Unix timestamp representing the end of the trial period the customer will get before being charged for the first time.
