4 months ago they put our funds in reserve

Yesterday the 4 months were completed, the funds were released, but we have the payouts blocked.

You likely want to reach out to Support to ask about this: https://support.stripe.com/contact/. They'll be able to better advise you on why the payouts are blocked and how to get around it. There should be a live chat for you to speak to someone
