I'm sorry for your troubles. But since you're connected to Stripe via Shopify, you'd need to go through Shopify.

@finite slate Typically when you integrate with Stripe through Shopify something has gone wrong in the setup and we (Stripe are unable to help) - if you give us some more detail we can try and help (or at least point you in the right direction) but you haven't given us very much to go off of. Do you have an account ID or anything that we cuold look at?
