So when I get a sale, I click on it and click on the customer to see their info. It shows everything but the shipping address under metadata
I’m using the app if that matters, didn’t check on desktop yet.
Do you have the Customer ID I can take a look at?
All of them are gone! From all my customers
They were there before
1285457
Customer ID
If you give me a customer ID I can take a close look at what's going on - it would be something like cus_xxx
I don’t see it on the app right now, just user ID’s. Give me a second…
And it’s just 1285457
Is that not it?
Hi 👋 I'm taking over for @tall briar . The Stripe customer ID will always start with cus_.
Ok thank you. I am not seeing the customer ID, I’m on desktop now too. I can’t find it. I also see the shipping address on desktop, but not on the phone app. On mobile, all shipping addresses are blank under metadata
Ok I found it!
If you are looking at a specific customer on Desktop, you should. be able to get the customer ID from the URL
cus_KzKJEom6Dz6J1z
Great, thanks
another one: cus_KzHKmFFJvA0Iwr
Unfortunately it looks like there's a character missing from that last one.
Well I can confirm I see the valid shipping_address for the first customer you provided.
Like I said, it shows on desktop, but it doesn’t show on mobile app
Shipping_address is just blank
Can you let me know the version number for the app?
2.7.0
Just updated it to this version and poof all shipping addresses on the app gone
Alright we've been able to reproduce on our end and confirm it's a bug. We will be filing a ticket for this.

Ok done ✅
Great thanks. I'll find the ticket and link it to our internal bug tracker. That way I can remind myself to let you know when it gets resolved.
