I would like to connect an existing account (used for the standard payment) in a marketplace scenario (connect)
but it seems not possible ... it's necessary to create a new account

You shouldn't need the public and secret key of the connect account to be able to use them in a connect context.

... that's correct, you are right.
But I would use the newly created account in the "standard" payment scenario

basically my ecommerce application offers 2 checkout process, one for signle payment one for marketplace. thus If a customer use signle (standard) payment account we cannot reuse same credentials in the marketplace scenario

I'm thinking if the customer should manage two dashboards

If you need to have the public/secret key of your connect accounts that's something you need to ask them for directly. There's no way to get that information through the API
