Hey there ๐Ÿ‘‹ are you referring to the green lights on the top/front of the reader?

yup precisely

ahh oh

Apologies, they also indicate several other statuses, but those are covered in the top right block on the first page of the doc that I linked.

so if I click the side button (power button) quickly once, and it flashes all 4 dots, that signals that it's fully charged?

#

โ˜๏ธ so does this mean it is fully charged?

wind tusk
#

Yup

limpid palm
#

ok, so what does this mean ๐Ÿ‘‡

#

It's successfully paired to my device (Samsung Galaxy Tab A) in the bluetooth settings, but I can't seem to get it to pair with my application

#

FYI - I've paired it with my application many times before and have run successful charges on the chipper through my application. In fact, I did so as recently last night

#

but this is also not a unique occurrence, of it seeming to unpair and then me having difficulty re-pairing it

I'm pretty sure when you press and hold the power button while it's on (which results in the lights kind of counting down) that the reader is being turned off.

ok gotcha

#

maybe this is a dumb question....but how do I know if it's on?

#

lol

If it's off then you tap the power button once. The LEDs will indicate charge status, a chime will play, and the first LED will blink.
