@frank jay essentially the first one is to process a regular payment and the second one is supposed to let you test a flow where a PIN is always required

more technically it's about choosing some details of the underlying rails the payments uses, but it doesn't really happen in live mode unless the customers have very specific types of cards

and yes cards in France and most of Europe require PINs but it's the same physical test card we use in all regions so it has two profiles on it, one that needs PIN and one that doesn't. As far as I know anyway
