Hi @vapid lantern! Yes this is possible.
There are three types of connected account you can use: Standard (the one you are describing), Express, and Custom.
The type you should use depend on your use case. You can lear more about the differences between Standard/Express/Custom here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/accounts

Yes it is allowed to have multiple Stripe accounts as mentioned here: https://stripe.com/docs/multiple-accounts
Note that a Standard Connected account and a "normal stripe account" are the same thing. As mentioned in the doc:

A Standard Stripe account is a conventional Stripe account where the account holder (that is, your platform’s user) has a relationship with Stripe, is able to log in to the Dashboard, and can process charges on their own.

I read through the doc right now and have one follow up question (just to be sure):
regarding one company having multiple stripe accounts.
can you list the same tax id to multiple accounts?
