Hi @terse lion! Sorry for the delay.
As mentioned earlier, there are settings in the dashboard to add custom terms & conditions in Checkout. However I don't think that's possible to dynamically change, since I don't see anything related to that on our doc here https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create

Thanks a lot 🙂 one more question. Can the branding colors / logo etc.. be injected to Checkout?

like change it dynamically for each Session? no.

you can customise the branding overall though, it's in your settings on your Stripe dashboard (https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/branding)
