We have customer cus_KE7URaxDGqj3TJ who's card expired, but this didn't update. I assume in this case, they didn't get a new card? Do we need to do anything on our side when this happens?

you can reach out to them and ask them to add a new card if you wish, or if you get a decline when charging it the next time. Sometimes banks will let you charge the card even if its' expired, if you charged in the past and it was just reissued.

Ok. So technically, we don't need to do anything on our side for the update. If it doesn't happen, in those cases we need to update it ourselves by reaching out to the customer if it's declined?
