Hi @topaz compass! This is the right place if you have a technical question yes 🙂
I have been trying to access my account for weeks now, keeps telling me that it needs more information to verify in my account. Get every single time my sign in to stripe express it doesn't actually ask me for more information. Additionally there was no other place to put more information. When I originally signed up I accidentally said that I was a non-profit, I was told it was changed to an individual but I guess there was some sort of error and now I have no access to any money that's coming my way and it's been several weeks and it's incredibly frustrating. I've even tried to delete the account and start over but there's no option to delete it either
