Deleting the old site, shouldn't by default delete your old customer accounts.

I would recommend ensuring you have access to the old database in case you have a mapping of Stripe Customer ID (they look like "cus_abc123etc") to your user ID.

you'll likely want to setup the new database on squarespace to contain the IDs of those old Stripe customers with their new accounts.
