Ok thank you. Do you have any idea of the process that we (Platform) would tell the User how to connect? (right now we create a link in our Connect account and send it to them to sign up)

you'll have to use oAuth https://stripe.com/docs/connect/oauth-standard-accounts for existing accounts

@winged terrace we do recommend ignoring this and just always creating a brand new account. Since you can't know if that existing account is connected to a platform already, it's just best to always start fresh (though yes OAuth works)
