unfortunately, no - once a refund is issued, there's no way to undo it
you'd need to charge the customer again for the original amount

yeah. the refund is pending as we dont have any funds in the account
The client wasnt entitled to the refund as they spent extra at our restaurant on the day
I'm not sure if there is a way of doing this through the API; you'd need to reach out to the support team for help with this
