thanks for the response. Do we have have some protection for dispute case (liability shift)?
I don't think this has anything to do with liability shift, a dispute hasn't happened yet
the idea is this is signal that the charge involved might become a dispute later, so it can be useful to refund it immediately now before that happens
I see, so this warning is initiated by the card holder and not generated by any radar logic is that correct?
