It is not custom build, once we enter bank details like instution no, transit no and bank a/c no and submit it then this popup display

But who created this popup? If one of your developer created it, then you ask the developer to change the text. If you are using a plugin to display this popup, then you need to ask the plugin developers.

and you can see in bottom of popup it is powered by stripe

Yes the popup is powered by Stripe, however I cannot recognise it. That's why I'm asking where it is from?
Are you using PaymentIntent, SetupIntent, Stripe Checkout, a Stripe plugin, etc.

I want to change Stripe will send two (2) micro-deposits to your bank account ….6789. You will receive an email with additional instructions to verify your bank account

why exactly?

the customer will receive an email https://stripe.com/docs/payments/acss-debit/accept-a-payment?platform=web#web-verify-with-microdeposits, it's part of how that payment method integration works.
