Hi Rubeus, yes. He was using a program/app called PT.Transact and they were using a company called Integra Pay. Both PT.Transact and Integra Pay have changed. PT.Transact has changed to Fitreon which are now using STRIPE to collect payments and transfer them to business owners.
Since this change, my partner has not received any payments into his bank account and we don't know what do to or who to talk to. None of these companies have a phone number or any way of contacting.
I'm not sure there's anything I can do from here, it sounds like you need to talk to Fitreon for help. Did they provide instructions to transition from the previous payment provider to Stripe or anything like that?

Is it possible to check if a business is set up through Stripe to receive funds?
No they didn't provide any instructions
