You should just need to check "Allow Promotion Codes" when creating the payment link
Then any promo codes that can apply to the payment should work

Yes, promocodes are allowed but they are hard to see for the mobile users, I will looking a way to pass the promocode in link itself

And I know i can have a discounted link as well but in that case, the marketing team won’t be able to count the promocodes conversation
Basically, we need the promocodes during event promotions and recently we find a lot of users face difficulties while using mobile.

Unfortunately I don't think that is currently possible with Payment Links but it is possible with our low-code option Checkout https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-discounts
It might be worth writing in to our support with more specifics on your usability issues and a request for that feature.
