I looked a bit and this 3D Secure attempt was rejected by the customer's' bank

ok so here what happened we is we contact the bank to attempt to complete the 3D Secure process and we got back a 07 status from them, meaning 'Invalid transaction' which is kind of everything we know(none of this is exposed in the API unfortunately and requires us to manually look at it internally)

not much I can tell you beyond asking the customer to ask their bank why it failed.

is there a chance because it makes a 0 amount charge?

talk with the bank since non-payment authentications like that are part of the spec and should ideally work

ye i suspected so, because it work in 3 different banks, and its the only one it doesn't..
