@soft charm hello! I'm not sure what you call "their surcharge" and "show it on the card reader"
Can you be a bit more specific? Terminal uses the PaymentIntents API so you control the amount to charge

They want the ability to add their own additional charge on top of the main product charge that displays as something like "Surcharge" on the card reader so that the customer knows it's separate from the main product charge.

I don't grasp what you call "on the card reader" unfortunately. There are multiple readers and integration types. What do you call "on the reader"? Usually the reader just shows the amount being charged

They're using the BBPOS WisePOS e reader. If there's no way to show separate line items, then that's fine. I'll just tell them that
