I'm not sure what you mean about your CRM and invoices, can you explain more?

Yes we are looking into using Stripe because it is able to do PADs. We are also looking for a new CRM, ex. Zoho, which also connects with Zoho Invoices which can integrate directly with Stripe. I am wondering if it is possible for all of this to integrate so there is less manual work involved. I tried reaching out to Zoho but they are hard to reach (specifically the Invoices department and it went to voicemail). We normally receive a mandate from our clients to charge them via PAD. Normally we do this through the bank but then we have to manually create an invoice and send it to them. I want everything to be automated. So we bill them using Stripe, then after a few days when the money is received I am wondering if it communicates seamlessly with Zoho Invoices to automatically send the client an invoice. Is this possible?

Unfortunately I can't speak to what Zoho supports or not, so you would need to work with them to understand what's possible

Technically this is possible with Stripe, yes, but I don't know whether Zoho in particular offers these features

Oh ok. But yeah that's great that Stripe accepts PADs. I am not a coder at all so I am assuming if it integrates with Zoho I will be able to do it, but yeah I guess that's more of a question for Zoho

One more question, is it possible for a non-coder like myself to be able to process PADs within Stripe itself? Or would I need an integration to help me?
