I've tried... their answer was basically the same ๐ Since they cannot find the problem in their system it's up to me to find it in Stripe's Extension...
(I'm not really sure if I'm conversing with the actual Stripe staff here that's why I'm using "they/them" etc.. please don't be offended by that)
Hm, I'm sorry to hear that was your experience. We have a team that supports the Stripe Magento connector, and your support case likely should have been routed to this team.
