Hi @normal flax! As mentioned in the previous thread, what you are trying to do is not possible.
The way to solve this is to ask each individual accounts to set the right setting themselves.
Hey @simple nest
thanks for the fast answer.
this is exactly what we did. we logged into the individual account and tried to set the setting. but then the error message appeared.
Unfortunately that won't work. When you log into their dashboard it is not the same as them logging into their dashboard.
So you need to ask each individual accounts to set the right setting themselves.
@simple nest
thanks again for the fast answer!
I think that is exactly what we did.
We created test sub-accounts ourselves. Therefore we have the Admin credentials and logged into the dashboard with the credentials of the sub-account admin. here we get this error message too.
All this was tried in test mode.
The error you shared mentions "Stripe-Account header", which is only used by the platform account.
So could you try again by making sure you are logged out of the platform account, and that you login in the Connected account using the Connected account credentials?
ok, that's a bit odd.
I tried it like this:
opened a fresh seperate incognito window and logged in there with the connected account credentials, so I am sure that I was not logged in with the platform account.
same error message.
Could you share the account ID (acct_xxx) of the connected account you are trying to edit?
sure
