We archived the thread because we explained we can't help here, we don't write Sigma queries or interact with that part of the product unfortunately, and there are numerous threads happening, we have 9 right now and archived 15+ in the past 2 hours

I didn't know that "typically won't help with sigma" meant "definitely won't". Why not make a separate sigma help section? I can't be the only one with questions and nowhere to go.

@calm jacinth There are many reasons we can't. There are thousands and thousands of topics to help users with, we focus on specific ones in this Discord channel, mostly around code

you're having Sigma questions and it's unfortunately not something we can help you with here. If we created a Sigma channel it wouldn't help if there's no one hired to answer those questions

sigma is code related isn't it?
I'll give email support a try but I was looking forward to having a discord community discussion. Hadn't seen a company do that before.
