Just seems ridiculous that I'm not allowed to change my number, or that I have to log into an account that can't be accessed just to send some ID. Seems like the app can use some work, to me.
And that I also have to jump through so many hoops, why can't I just verify with my email? It already has 2 step auth

Well I feel like a couple things could use some polishing, specifically the fact that I have to log in to an inaccessible account in order to provide a proof of ID, the same thing that support is gonna ask me to do when I email them
https://prnt.sc/26ckmx1 This is the error message I get when I try to log in to submit my ID, you'd think that it wouldn't ask for my number at this point since I'm going through account recovery, and theres also no option to add a number at this log in screen
This suggests mobile auth was set up for the account, so is necessary to log in, or otherwise work with support as I suggested to get you sorted out
