Not really. There is a setting for reconciling if you receive slightly less than specified. https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/automatic-collection#accept-partial-invoices

But I assume you are talking more about installment payments or letting someone pay X out of Y?

Not immediately sure about plans on the Stripe side. At the moment you can void the full invoice and make smaller invoices for the partial amounts. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69095329/stripe-invoice-partial-payments

Or I have heard of doing installment payments as a subscription. For example you cancel a $100 invoice and make a $25 subscription that lasts four months

Our current plan is to use smaller invoices. It just isn't really ideal to do it that way.

Also the subscription idea doesn't work for us because it's not a fixed situation of like 4 monthly payments. It's more complex of a situation.
