It shows restricted in top and need detail in mid of page

I think SSN was not there we just put there now its showing pending

so does it mean stripe will review it shortly and approve it.

Based my understanding on the error message, still more information are required.

now after adding the SSN it's now showing this on my page, so it means it is under approval process.
