I have a promo code that is not being applied for my annual plan with a trial.
Could you give an example request id and we can begin investigating

But the coupon isn't applied in the checkout session.
Here is a request that is similar but has monthly price and corresponding coupon: req_hLyG17YUA7bHZ4
Here is a request that is exactly the same as the annual plan with discount but with no trial: req_GSVH4xoNXUGAfe
It works as expected.

I found this one, creating annual Subscription via checkout with the very same coupon and it applied, isn't it?
It does look like a degradation from our side. Thanks for report and I will look closer and get it resolve internally

Could you write to Support, then DM me the email you used? If we can get this into a ticket it would be easier for us to reach out to you when this is resolved
