If you need that level of detail the best option would really be to have a separate Product for each different description you need - I know it's not a great solution, and it's a pain point that's come up in the past

Thanks! So, at the end of the day, this would mean like 250 000 different products if we would have many clients

There is no limit to the number of products/prices you can create so yes, that would work
