German Cards. A Revolut Bank card worked. Comdirect Bank and DKB Bank didn't

Good to know. So some German cards are working but others aren't?

It can be a bit of a black box. For example with some banks if you put in the wrong ZIP, that will throw off their CVC check and they will return invalid CVC from that.

Looks like you are making the calls correctly and this is a decline from the issuing bank. I would have these customers talk to their bank about why these declines happened.
