Hello! I think that's expected behavior as the funds didn't flow through Stripe or your platform. You're using Standard connected accounts, correct?

No these are custom connected accounts

So - we would have to manually bill the connected account for the fee?

You can debit the account for the fee: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/account-debits

But yes, it won't happen automatically as there are no funds flowing through Stripe to pull the fee from.
