What exactly is the question you have? What is happening and what do you expect?

I was expecting that the 1st time client changes(1st subs from spain) the subscription he gets the tax as credit, and not only after the 1st change

I can provide you some tests cases, invoice pdfs or ids from your side if you want some extra info

Okay, Invoice item ii_1KEyq3KNSqBi9dJxKHZbHGNM is the unused time credit that does not have tax. The reason is that it's crediting back unusued time before a Tax Rate was applied to the associated Subscription Item (si_KuoNcM6P2lw34O). That Subscription Item did not have a Tax Rate set until you added on in this request: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_dJSnd62dsM7F8r
