Specifically the data points which are compiled into the risk score, such as previous disputes from ip addres, time since email was last seen in stripe, number of declined cards, etc.
As far as i know these are not exposed via the API. You would configure behaviour related to this primarily through custom Radar rules: https://stripe.com/docs/radar/rules/reference#supported-attributes
eg: card_count_for_email_hourly etc
