Thanks, yes we are handling it but whatever commission we charge we calculate based upon the invoice charge while Stripe charges commission based upon the final charge(invoice charge + commission charge) which always ends up being more that intended and we end up losing money.

Is there any work around you might suggest?

There is no workaround for this, other than adjusting your calculation to factor is this extra variable
