Gotcha - and one more thing, are you asking whether these emails will be sent to you (as the platform) or whether they will be sent to the express account owner?

Got it! Here's some answers to each of the questions:
- When payout to connected account to bank is on the way
This isn't something we support today. You'd have to build this yourself by listening for the payout.created on a connect webhook endpoint and send the email to the connect account yourself.

- If Stripe Connect application is approved
I don't believe we'd send an email for this, but let me check for this and the next onr

- If Stripe Connect application is denied
(check in on this one)

- If additional information is needed for Connected account
Yes, Stripe should send an email when additional information is needed for an account.

I don't believe we send an email to the express account when they get approved or rejected (but I'd recommend you confirm this with support at https://support.stripe.com/contact) but we do send an email when they've completed onboarding
